Service Assistant (BATAM)
- Collect and arrange the customer requirement information, propose suggestions and measures for improvement .
- Coordinate and shoot all problems, communicate with Shipping, Repair Engineer.
- Follow up orders schedule and make sure for delivery on-time.
- Prepare all documents for supporting import and export declarations.
- Accomplish other tasks assigned by the leader.
- College degree or above.
- Fluent English both on Oral and Writing.
- Proficient in PC skills on MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Good team player and be able to work independently;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Sincere, honest, eager to learn new things
- Male or Female
- Domicilie or willing to be placed in BATAM
