A well established foreign Shipping company is looking for:


Main Purpose
  • Responsible in ensuring the efficient disbursement control for all Port agency operations according to designated activities

Main Duties
  • To prepare and check all disbursement accounts within his area.
  • Maintain and compile vessel files in a good order
  • Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
  • Advise re principal payments of all advance disbursements and final accounts
  • To liaise with Branch PAS Admin/Acct and Operations for speedy recovery of port Disbursements within his area and ensure that the supporting documents being sent to Principal within 1 weeks after vessel sailed or according to each principal requirement which will be informed accordingly
  • To monitor Principals and sub agent balance outstanding within his area
  • Responsible to arrange completed Final Disbursement to be handed to Jkt Acct and record the date sent together with the Vessel/call Balance in the PAS Accounting system on a timely basis and inform and ensure that the data updated in a correct manner in PAS Daily Port Call
  • Any ad hoc duties that may be assigned
Job Specification
  • Age (Minimum) 30 years
  • Education Minimum D3 majoringAccounting 
  • Experience (Minimum)    :    2 years .
  • Willing to stationed in Batam and have experience of working in Batam
  • Can start immediately
  • Technical : General Accounting Knowledge
